RiskRadar analyzes any job posting for fraud signals and returns a scored, explained verdict instantly. No account. No waiting. I designed and shipped it end-to-end from the AI reasoning layer to the pixel.
The Problem
Job scams cost Americans $367M last year. Every existing tool required the victim to do the work themselves.Victims don't lose money because they're naive — they lose it because scam postings are convincingly designed. Every existing resource required manual effort: cross-check the email domain yourself, Google the company yourself, read a 10-step article and figure it out. The friction was the failure. I built RiskRadar to close that gap.
The AI Design Challenge
The hardest problem wasn't building the detector — it was designing how it communicates. A raw AI output is meaningless to a stressed user. I engineered a prompt architecture that extracts 23 signals across 7 fraud pattern categories, then maps each one to plain-language copy the user can immediately understand and act on. The result is what I call explainable AI UX — where the system's confidence is transparent, its reasoning is auditable, and its output drives a decision, not more confusion.
Logo Design
I designed the RiskRadar logo from scratch in Adobe Illustrator, and every element earns its place. The base form is a radar — suggesting active scanning, detection, something always watching. Layered over it is a magnifying glass, reinforcing the idea of close inspection and scrutiny. At the center sits a bold R, anchoring the mark to the brand name while giving it a strong, memorable core.
